1. Website use
This website is provided by Inboard Marine Design for informational and commercial purposes. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.
2. Products and pricing
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. An order is subject to acceptance and successful payment processing.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, site content, product names, designs, graphics, photographs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Inboard Marine Design. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.
4. Orders and payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Inboard Marine Design does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers on this website. Stripe's own terms and privacy practices also apply to payment processing.
5. Shipping
Shipping is currently available only to addresses in the continental United States. The flat shipping charge is $9.99 per order. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and destinations outside the United States is unavailable. The delivery address is collected before Stripe Checkout and used to prepare the order.
6. Returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of the order. Contact us at [email protected] before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Refund eligibility, return shipping, and processing details will be confirmed as part of the return instructions.
7. Fitment and installation
Customers are responsible for confirming product fitment for their boat and for proper installation and use. Follow all product-specific installation instructions supplied with the product.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inboard Marine Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
9. Warranty
Inboard Marine Design, LLC (aka IMD) warrants that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase by the original customer. IMD's sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at IMD’s option, to repair or replace the defective Product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, accident, impact, abuse, or normal wear.
